It was time for a change.
I’ve been eating very unhealthily recently and it was time to get back on track.
I might be a skinny bitch but I want to tone up and actually be physically fit.
What you put in your body is so important and I’m back to my usual routine of eating lots of fruit and vegetables.
I’m hoping this will also help clear up my skin, having experienced some nasty breakouts recently.
All in all I just want to feel healthy and happy in myself.
The only reason I’m putting this on the blog is to make sure I stick to my plan.
No going back now…

I’ve also added this into my diet – 100% pure acai
It tastes foul but mix it with fresh orange juice and it’s totally masked!
I’m not expecting wonders but I’ll report back if I experience any noticeable difference.
